Must be owner-occupied single family home located in San Diego, Orange, or Riverside counties. After an initial six month fixed-rate period, your HELOC rate may adjust quarterly up to 1% (based on Prime Rate + a margin), with a 4.00% APR minimum and a 15.00% APR maximum. Your minimum monthly payment will equal 1.25% of the outstanding principal balance. A balloon payment may result if paying the minimum payment does not fully amortize the unpaid balance by the maturity date; the full outstanding balance is due at that time. If payment is made more than 15 days after due date, a late charge will be assessed equal to 20% of the interest due ($5 minimum). Property insurance is required. All loans are subject to credit approval and satisfactory appraisal. Your overall credit worthiness will determine the interest rate available to you. Rates, terms and fees are subject to change without notice.
