Providing Proof of Insurance
The Island has partnered with Southwest Business Corporation (SWBC) to track and verify insurance coverage. If you have received a letter from SWBC asking for verification of insurance, please update your insurance information.
You may also fax proof of insurance to (866) 358-3140 Attn: Dept 6057. For more information, please contact SWBC at (866) 830-1374.
