David began his career in the financial services industry in 1994 with the Mass Mutual Financial Group, and has been associated with North Island since 2006. David, a Certified Funds Specialist, concentrates on individual and small group business retirement plans and investments. He also helps individuals and companies with their risk management needs using life, disability, and other insurance products, and has completed the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) series. He was twice named as the Vista Chamber of Commerce "Volunteer of the Year", and in 2007 & 2008 was recognized as a "Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Manager" by San Diego Magazine.
