Whitney is always seeking ways to better serve our members, and has completed numerous certifications and programs to build upon his extensive job knowledge. He is highly regarded by his peers as not only a well-informed resource and star performer, but also because of his strong support and recognition of his fellow team members' successes.

In his two years at the Island, Whitney has received five perfect mystery shops and numerous notes of gratitude from both members and employees commending his exceptional service. Whiney has also been recognized multiple times during 2008 as a top branch performer, due to repeatedly exceeding his established goals.

Whitney consistently displays his dedication, fortitude, and commitment to his members, his team, and to the organization, and works hard to make The Island a success. Because of this, we proudly award him this honor as The Island's 2008 Employee of the Year.
