We were with a large bank for many years We supposedly had verbal word that financing was in place to buy a new building. We were proceeding ahead, and all of a sudden they came back and said no, there's a glitch. Then they came back and said that everything's approved, you're ready to go. A week went by, and they said there was a problem again.

Rich: The word of the bank wasn't kept. Ehmcke had a promise made to them and the bank waffled.

John: Then we were referred to North Island Credit Union. We hit it off from Day One. Susan and Rich were great to work with. It was very comforting that we were in their hands.

Susan: It goes back to how you would like to be treated. John and Marilyn are not only my business members, but they're also my personal members.

John: They're so easy to work with. Maybe they're not well known like the big-name banks - a Union Bank, a Wells Fargo, or B of A - but I would highly recommend them to anybody that they're the way to go.
