The professionals of the Investment Department at North Island Credit Union have formed an alliance with GE Financial Network and Benefits Services of America to offer affordable dental services under the program name of Dental Benefits Plus. Under this plan, members get free bitewing X-rays and free routine exams, as well as saving up to 50% on other dental procedures.
Monthly premiums ($11.95 for individuals, $14.95 for families of two or more) are automatically deducted from a credit card or Island savings or checking account. A one-time shipping and handling fee of $2.95 is assessed at enrollment, to mail program materials which detail the plan's coverage. You can try the plan for 30 days; if you decide to cancel, for any reason, you can simply return your membership card to GE Financial for a full refund. The plan is month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time in the future with 30 days' notice.
Enrolled members can immediately access services at over 13,000 participating dentists and specialists nationwide. A toll-free dentist locator service is included in the program and there is no waiting period, qualifying or exclusion for pre-existing conditions.
