North Island Credit Union—The Island—has again earned recognition as a leading San Diego employer. The Island was recognized as one of three winners in the Mid-Sized Companies sector.
The award was created to recognize "companies where people are valued, where leadership is based on character and trust, and where management and employees work together to identify and realize excellence."
Each firm was evaluated in seven key areas: company culture, employee satisfaction, employability, fairness, equality and diversity, communication, leadership, and business practices.
